What Would Be A Good Science Fair Project That Deals With Solar Panels?
i am in 8th grade, and i need help figuring out what i should do. i thought about putting “What generates more electricity in the same amount of time, a small wind turbine or a solar panel”. The only thing is, i only have a solar panel!

You could shine different colors of light on the panel and see if that affects electricity output.
You can buy different colored light bulbs, or you could put colored filters in front of a regular bulb.
Get an ammeter or voltmeter and record the outputs with the different colors.
If you don’t like that idea, you might find other solar panel ideas at these sites:http://www.usc.edu/CSSF/Resources/Gettin…http://www.sciencebuddies.org/http://www.all-science-fair-projects.com…http://www.ipl.org/div/projectguide/http://school.discoveryeducation.com/sci…http://www.picadome.fcps.net/lab/sci_fai…http://www.scienceproject.com/http://www.energyquest.ca.gov/projects/i…http://www.freesciencefairproject.com/http://scienceclub.org/scifair.html
haha okay, you can find out how much energy is consumed by a household in a month and then find out how much energy is produced by a large panel that is used for real homes and you can put that a household would need 20 panels(example), this would be more of a research project but you can be fancy and make a small house out of cardboard or cardstock and put a small LED light inside and cut out some windows and connect the led to the connections on the panels, this is just so you can look cool
